Once again, if we lived in an era that less (strictly-)depended on marketing image, the Philly collective would be widely regarded as the next Wu-Tang, due to their faithful channelling of the supercrew’s rap modus operandi. Fuck it, in our world, they are the best thing since Wu (and Boot Camp Clik). This Neef-plus-posse joint brings me right back to the moment when I first discovered how truly deep Philly’s talent pool ran. How this went under the radar is beyond me.
